About the Client
Blue Valley Goodyear is a one-stop shop for tire, auto, and light truck service in Overland Park, KS. They had an inefficient lighting system in their retail area and service shop. Blue Valley had several goals including providing better lighting in the retail area, improving lighting in the service shop to reduce possible worker error, and reducing annual utility and maintenance costs.
A total of forty-three T12 lighting fixtures were retrofitted with premium T8 technology to reduce energy consumption. Motion sensors were also added to storage areas for added convenience and energy savings.
